Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you will receive instructions and return address details.

  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us with your order details.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos for faster resolution.
